Beau McGlamery is a talented and seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in full-service consulting and recruitment for all corporate levels.
Beau began his career in software sales for the recruiting industry, taking to market one of the first Web Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Through this venture, Beau became enthralled with the recruiting and consulting world.
Beau’s innate entrepreneurial spirit led him to own and operate his own hospitality businesses in Atlanta, Georgia, where he gained a keen, multi-faceted understanding of business ownership and operations.
In 2007, he joined a national consulting and recruiting firm as a Partner/Managing Director, leading the firm’s technology consulting and permanent recruiting practice.
As co-founder of Trova, Beau strives to help business owners and officers meet their corporate objectives through unparalleled passion, commitment, and expertise in his field. From startups to established global enterprise, Beau alleviates the time-sensitive burdens and pressures of securing the best-suited talent, mitigating costly risks due to operational failures caused by poor selections.
A business school graduate of Life University in Marietta, Georgia, Beau returned to his native Florida where he resides in both Central and South Florida with his family, and when he is not working he can most likely be found in or on the water.
Timothy (Tim) Lesnick
Tim Lesnick has nearly 20 years of expertise in staffing and professional services, placing thousands of individuals into consulting and full-time positions.
Tim was ironically headhunted into staffing back in 2002, joining a Fortune 500 industry leader in the Boston area. He was immediately stricken by the craft, quickly climbing the ranks, and finishing in the top 10 for rookie of the year globally. He was soon promoted to a director and hung his hat as a top producer in two different divisions in just over 4 years.
In 2007, after relocating to Florida, he soon joined forces with his current partners, opening and running their staffing division. Four years into building a successful staffing enterprise, Tim had a growing desire to conquer the technology side of the business. As a Managing Director of this division, Tim almost immediately joined the top producers nationally, achieving the annual sales award every year.
In 2016, Tim reached a coveted industry achievement, setting a contribution record for the company in the state of Florida while simultaneously cofounding Team Ten 4 Kids, a 501(c)(3) organization. This non-profit raises funds and awareness for underserviced children’s charities in Central Florida, leveraging an active fiduciary and advisory Board of Directors. These business and philanthropic contributions led him to be named an OBJ ’40 Under 40’ honoree, Class of 2017.
At Trova, Tim is heavily focused on client relationships helping to build the consulting practice while also expanding services for the Cyber Security team.
Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College, and lives in Central Florida with his wife Maribel and their two children.
Stephen F. Smith
Stephen Smith has over 20 years of expertise in executive recruitment at all levels of retained and contingency search.
Stephen began his professional career with a New York City area boutique search firm, placing finance executives within high-end global brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Aeropostale, and Barnes & Noble, among many others.
In 2001, he relocated to Orlando and joined a Fortune 500 recruitment industry leader and consistently reached their elite Chairman’s and President’s Club levels. In 2006, he joined a fledgling entrepreneurial search firm where for the following 13 years he led their accounting and finance permanent placement operations throughout Central Florida. Stephen was a perennial top performer for the company which grew during his tenure into a respected global industry leader.
Stephen co-founded Trova with his longtime business partner Beau McGlamery where they returned to their entrepreneurial roots. He strives to serve his Trova clients and candidates with the same passion, integrity, and good humor that have defined Stephen’s professional career.
Stephen has a Bachelor’s Degree from Seton Hall University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama. Stephen lives in Central Florida with his wife Carolyn and their three children.

Gourav Mukherjee is a senior-level technology executive and cyber security attorney. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in contracting, compliance, governance, risk, and audit across a wide range of service and retail industry segments. He has an exceptional talent and proven ability to improve operations and compliance using a GRC framework to establish corporate controls and supporting processes.
Gourav’s thought leadership and vision for standardization and implementation of IT strategy assists C-Level management in accomplishing their business objectives. Additionally, he is an innovator for IT contract negotiation, supply chain contract coordination and corporate council of IT organizations.
His last venture was for 7 years at a global consulting firm, where Gourav helped bring the QSA designation to their PCI Practice, serving as a QSA all over the world. During his tenure, he managed 100’s of consultants on multiple projects supporting cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and risk.
Gourav leads Trova’s Cyber Security consulting practice, serving as the firm’s legal and information technology, subject matter expert.
Gourav has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami, a Master’s Degree from the University of Zaragoza, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Florida State. Gourav lives in Central Florida with his wife Elizabeth and their two children.
